Corresponding Arrangements

1. Typhoon Signals
   No. 1 and No. 3
   were hoisted before the start of lessons

• Our school will be operated as usual unless advised otherwise.
• Parents may decide for themselves whether to take your children back to school.
• Parents should also notice on the latest updates issued by the Observatory and the Education Bureau

2. Typhoon Signal
   No. 8
   was hoisted before the start of lessons

• Classes are to be suspended.
• Parents need not bring your children back to school.

3.  Typhoon Signal
   No. 8
   will be hoisted during lessons

• The school will remain open as usual until all students have returned home safely.
• Dismissal arrangement:
  1. All students should be picked up by parents/ guardian  (except students who take school bus).

2. Students who normally led by teachers following the 8 returning routes back home will have to be picked up by parents/ guardian.

3.Students who take the school bus (Our school will contact the school bus company to arrange school bus to take students home as soon as possible)

4. Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal

• Our school will be operated as usual unless advised otherwise.
• Parents do not need to come to school to take your children home.

5. If a red or black rainstorm warning is issued before school starts, or in exceptional circumstances

• Classes are to be suspended.

• Parents need not bring your children back to school.

6. If a red or black rainstorm warning is issued or in exceptional circumstances whilst on the way to school

• The school remains open as usual to look after students who have already returned to the school, and the school will contact parents to ask them to come and take your children back home as soon as possible.

7. If a red or black rainstorm warning is issued during class, or in exceptional circumstances

• The school remains open as usual and lessons continue as normal.
• Parents need not rush to the school to take your children back home.
• Parents could take your children back home from school if necessary.
• Lunch as usual.
• Parents deliver lunchbox as usual.
• Please refer to P.81 of the student handbook for details of extracurricular activities.

Remark

If the school closes due to the circumstances mentioned above, any assessments scheduled for that day will be postponed.
